Invoices for CNS reimbursement

Celiac patients with a title of care from the CNS are, every 6 months and upon presentation of invoices for their purchases of gluten-free products, entitled to a reimbursement. However, obtaining an invoice or receipt with the mention sans gluten/glutenfrei/glutenfree is not guaranteed. Added to this is the fact that each store or even each manager has their own vision on the organization of the shelves: sometimes there are shelves dedicated to gluten-free products, other times, gluten-free products are in the same place as other products. , or it's both. This makes the task of shopping extremely laborious.

Recently, the CNS has worked on the digitizing files. This is the time to see how to integrate and improve the procedure. ALIG is listening to your experiences and proposals – contact us either by email under the address contact@alig.lu or by telephone at number 26 38 33 83.
