Individualized Welcome Project

Our association was invited with an information stand on November 10, 2017 at the Forum Geesseknäppchen.

The conferences had the theme “Food allergy in children” – individualized reception project and collective catering.
The presentations are available under the link following.

The ALIG invites parents to complete, in collaboration with the attending physician, the PAI form (individualized reception plan) for their children suffering from CD.

New gluten-free products

The sign DELHAIZE sells Dr. Oetker brand gluten-free pizzas. At the store GAMM GREEN in Luxembourg – Gasperich different SG flours from the Belgian brand Dibro (or Soezie) are on sale.

And more flours from the Belbake brand (free-from) seen at ALDI et LIDL among our neighbors.

The first organic, gluten-free white beer produced in Austria is on sale at CACTUS, “Die Weisse” brand.

Featured Celiac Disease

On the website of the Medico-Complementary Fund (CMCM)) mutualist there is an introductory clip in Luxembourgish on celiac disease. Clip under the link following.

La SWR television recently broadcast a program entitled „Schöne neue Essenswelt – Die Angst vor Weizen, Milch und Co“. This program is very informative and can be consulted under the link following.

Christmas markets SG Greater Region

From December 8 to 10, 2017 at Baden-Baden (Eureka, Breisgauerstr. 19) there will once again be the possibility of doing your gluten-free shopping for Christmas. (see details under link following)

From December 1 to 3, Sasbachwalden in the Black Forest, within the grounds of the Auberge Bischenberg, a gluten-free Christmas market took place. Consult the website for more information on events and exhibitors and remember these good addresses to 2018!

Both destinations are approximately 260km from Luxembourg.
