Ingredients
250 g de beurre ramolli
150 g sugar
6 eggs
100 g sugar
200 cl liquid cream
250 g buckwheat flour
250 g ground almonds
100 g of jam of your choice
palpable sugar for sprinkling
1 cake pan
Prep time
• Beat the softened butter with 150 g of sugar until frothy.
• Separate the whites from the yolks.
• Add the egg yolks little by little into the butter-sugar mixture.
• Beat the egg whites with 100 g of sugar.
• Incorporate half of the egg whites into the mixture.
• Gently add the buckwheat flour and 250 g of ground almonds.
• Add the rest of the egg whiteseggs.
• Butter and flour a cake mold.
• Distribute the mixture in the mold.
• Place in the oven: 180°C. Cooking time: 45 min.
• Beat the liquid cream with palpable sugar into whipped cream.
• After cooling, cut the cake into two bases and garnish with the jam and whipped cream.
• Sprinkle with the palpable sugar. |
