Recipe with potato fibers
If you use cellulose to improve the results of your gluten-free recipes, Pofiber is a good alternative. Pofiber (from Semper/Swedish merchant) is a dried and ground potato fiber.
Sa constitution is two thirds pectin and hemicellulose and one third lignin and cellulose, so it contains soluble and insoluble fiber.
He has a taste, a neutral odor and color and can be added to flour in gluten-free preparations. These fibers bind liquids. Then the result in gluten-free preparations, such as cakes or bread, will be juicier, softer. It can also be used as a replacement for breadcrumbs or to prepare meatballs, for example. To order online.
