Gluten-free Christmas market 2019

From November 29 to December 1, 2019, the Christmas market gluten-free in Sasbachwalden in the Black Forest, at Auberge Bischenberg. On the program are more than 25 exhibitors, then a workshop-conference held by chef Marcus BERAN, on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. Marcus BERAN is celiac and holds several diplomas, including the dietetic cook diploma.

Preannouncement guide to gluten-free products

Our first product guide dates from 2000, and since then ALIG has published a new edition almost every 2 years. However, there have been many changes, such as the improvement of product labeling, in particular by the introduction of the certified LOGO and the law on allergens. Don't forget the information that circulates on the web, and which is updated quickly, which is impossible for printed versions. 

So the ALIG decided to completely change the old version which dates from 2016/2017. We transformed the content for you guide and advise when shopping in stores in Luxembourg. The printed guide will be sent to all our members soon, and we hope that it will be useful to you in managing your gluten-free diet on a daily basis.

Why not a stand with addresses for coeliacs? ALIG regularly receives requests from its members to find out if it has references to a hotel or restaurant in a particular location. Exhibitors may be asked to stand out with a poster to show visitors that they offer gluten-free meals to their customers.

In case you are still looking for a destination to spend your vacation in 2020, here is a good plan. There gluten free week in Scheidegg (Allgäu) is planned during the Easter school holidays, fans take note.
