Most operators gave their responses in a sympathetic manner.
Caution Particular attention has been paid to eating grilled sausages (Grillwurscht), hamburgers or other sausages, as the buns are almost always cut in half above the grill.

Biodegradable packaging and gluten

The Association of European Companies (AOECS) has informed us that more and more new biodegradable packaging is in circulation. Some of these containers such as plates or straws can be produced from cereals. Some countries have launched studies into the possible transmission of gluten to foods served in such packaging.

In Luxembourg we were able to spot this packaging, particularly during major events. For the moment it is about stay attentive and be well informed on the exact composition of these products. For example, there are straws for which there is no risk of contamination.
