We recommend that you renew your membership using our secure system on our site websites (classic transfer, digicash or bank card). If you forget your LOGIN (required to order payment) do not hesitate to contact us. 

Those of you who are new members since October 1, 2019 or members who subscribed to the SEPA form in 2019 no longer need to pay the contribution for 2020.

With your ALIG contribution receipt (sent by email), you benefit from a 50% reduction on the annual fee for foreigners at the “Deutsche Zöliakie Gesellschaft”. 

Our members have always been able to order from the ALIG secretariat the guides, published by the DZG, listing gluten-free foods and medicines sold in Germany (Aufstellung glutenfreier Lebensmittel und Arzneimittel 2020 et Glutenfreies für Leckermäuler 2020). 

However, the DZG is starting to reduce the paper support to transpose it towards PRESENCE especially for these guides. We therefore advise you to contribute to our neighbors and choose the version of the guides in the format you wish to use.  

THEIinstitute National de Cancer in France published last December an inventory of knowledge on nutrition and cancer prevention. It's a document understandable scientific, which very well summarizes the effect (positive or negative) of food choice in terms of prevention. 

We can only emphasize the benefits for your health of the Mediterranean type diet (see explanations), mentioned by the INC. Moreover, the introduction in our latest guide to gluten-free products and the special report of ALIG-INFO 2018 also had the Mediterranean diet as a subject. 

But apart from diet, scientists list other factors such as physical activity, which can perfectly integrate your good resolutions for the year 2020.
