How to choose a gluten-free dish in a restaurant?
For most people with celiac disease, a restaurant outing is a real headache, you have to decide where to go to eat without risking getting sick, then which dish to choose.
This is how the ALIG has drawn up a list with useful tips so that your outdoor dining will become a success and a source of pleasure.
Trust our “Gluten-free cooking” sticker
Some restaurants, pizzerias and hotels that we train to prepare gluten-free dishes and menus have this sticker on their fronts.
It is for you the assurance of finding suitable products and of recognizing establishments which are committed to respecting the rules of this dietetic cuisine.

These restaurants offer gluten-free dishes on request. They were trained by our dietician in the production of dishes and the risks of contamination.
For all these restaurants, cooking gluten-free requires more work and vigilance.
